What are your artwork set-up fees, engraving costs, and colour logo centre costs?
FREE! We do not charge anything for artwork, setup, engraving, or colour logo centres.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX (no credit card surcharge), Direct Deposit, Cheque, Afterpay, and Cash payments in person at our factory.
Can you issue a tax invoice for our school, company, or club?
Yes – please select Direct Deposit at checkout, and our team will email you a tax invoice for payment. Alternatively, you can phone or email us with your requirements.
What if I need something that is not listed on your website?
We will certainly try to help! There are thousands more products we can source. Please forward a photo of what you are looking for to awards@eagletrophies.com.au and we will let you know if we can access it.

We are open Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 4:00pm, and Fridays 9:00am to 12:00pm. We are closed on Public Holidays and for our annual summer break from late December through to late January.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Production takes 5 business days. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped via one of our delivery partners: Australia Post, TNT/FedEx, Go Logistics, StarTrack, Aramex, or Couriers Please.
What do I do if my order is urgent?
If your order is urgent, please contact our office by phone on 02 4311 9453 or email awards@eagletrophies.com.au to discuss express production and express shipping.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is FREE for orders over $99 and $16.50 for orders under $99.
How will I know when my order is on its way?
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email advising that your order is on its way. Please check your junk/spam mail folder if you have not seen your tracking email after 5 days.
Can I pick up my order from your factory?
Absolutely – our address is 16/218 Wisemans Ferry Rd, Somersby NSW 2250. We are open Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 4:00pm, and Fridays 9:00am to 12:00pm. Parking is available at our front door.
What file type should I use when uploading engraving details (names and text)?

What is the best way to send engraving details?
When ordering online, you can upload details on the product page or enter them in the special requirements box.
Alternatively, you can email them to awards@eagletrophies.com.au
Will I receive an artwork proof for approval?
Artwork proofs can be provided for corporate orders, including glass, acrylic, and crystal awards. If you would like to receive an artwork proof for approval before manufacture, please let us know in the additional comments section at checkout. For all other trophies, our talented team of engravers uses your provided wording to create a professional layout for the engraving area.
I would like to order the same trophies/medals/awards as last time. Do you have my details on file?
