Repair, Replacement & Refund Policy

Eagle Trophies is committed to providing you with high quality trophies and awards. However in the unlikely event that your order does not meet your expectations please contact us directly by phone on (02) 4311 9453 or email awards@eagletrophies.com.au within 5 days upon receipt of your order to discuss a resolution to your concerns.

 

You are entitled to ask for a repair, replacement or refund if the goods you purchased:
  • Are significantly different from the description provided
  • Have a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase
  • In the unlikely event of our team making a mistake with your engraving we will rectify the problem asap

 

You are not entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if you:
  • Misuse/damage the product in a way that caused the problem
  • Changed your mind or saw it cheaper elsewhere
  • Knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product
  • Choose the incorrect item/s
  • Provide incorrect engraving details/instructions
  • Realise that you are unable to pay for the goods
